Saigon Cafe wasn't born from a business plan — it was born from the memory of a bowl of pho eaten at a street stall in Ho Chi Minh City, the kind that makes you sit down and stay awhile. Our founder brought that memory, those recipes, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.
Every morning, our broth begins simmering. The star anise is toasted, the bones are scrubbed and charred, the ginger is blackened over flame. We don't cut corners because the shortcut never tasted like home.
Today, we're proud to be a gathering place on East Adamo Drive — for families, for neighbors, for anyone who believes that a great meal is the simplest form of hospitality.
Every Saturday & Sunday, 10am–2pm. Vietnamese breakfast classics — cơm tấm, bánh xèo, and eggs benedict with a Vietnamese twist.
Monday through Friday, 11am–3pm. Any pho or noodle bowl with spring rolls, soup, and iced tea — the full experience at a fair price.
Gathering with the crew? Order a spread — pho, spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, and drinks shared family-style. We'll set the table.
